Why reinvent the wheel? In 2002, Jennifer Lopez launched her perfume Glow. Now, a decade later, J-Lo is launching her 18th fragrance, Glowing. Hey, if you’ve got a good thing going, just tweak it and do it again!
Defending the not-so-creative name, J-Lo said "This is a very woodsy scent. So it's not exactly what I created 10 years ago, it's the evolution of that. At the essence, it's still natural, earthy, clean and real, but a little different side of that. It's the woodsy side of it, which I think is kind of New York-y, darker and sexier." We’ll have to smell it to believe it.
Another thing the star hasn’t changed is her approach to selling perfume – pushing her fragrance by showing as much skin as possible. With Glowing, she's bared it all in the ad campaign for it - strategically covering the essential bits with her tan, dewy arms and legs. As you might have guessed with the whole glow theme, she is not the only glowing part of the equation. The perfume bottle actually glows too and while you might not light up like a firefly when you wear it, J.Lo probably hopes you feel a little brighter when you spritz it on.
