Jennifer Lopez is bringing her film Maid in Manhattan to the small screen. The 39-year-old actress has teamed up with ABC to produce a new series based on the hit film from 2002.

Lopez will not star in the show but will serve as an executive producer overseeing the production and the script. The show will mirror the plot of the big-screen version about a struggling maid working at an upscale New York hotel.
