When you don't have a movie or record to promote, it's always nice to have your twins to talk about when making an appearance on Rachael Ray.

That's just what Jennifer Lopez did on Friday as she cooed about her two 1-year-old bundles of joy, Max and Emme, revealing how her daughter not only gets her attitude from mom, but "she's got my little body, it's crazy."

As for her son, Jennifer says that she and hubby Marc Anthony "are always claiming he's got my head and he's got my mouth," not to mention she's "like thank God [Emme's] got my nose!" Nothing like a little heredity competition.

When it comes to parenting. "That's the nature of who we are, we can't help it," she says. "We're both trying to steal it all." Perfectly normal, right?
