Jennifer Lopez has launched a legal battle to stop ex husband Ojani Noa from making a comedy 'mockumetary' about their life together.

Noa is reportedly untroubled by former wife J Lo's attempts to close down production on 'How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J-lo and and Ojani Noa Story'.

The singer has sent out a cease and desist order to her ex-hubby claiming he is in violation of.

A 2007 injunction which prohibited him from talking about their marriage.

But Cuban chef Noa, who was hitched to J Lo for less than a year in 1997, insists that as it will be a parody, the film is not in violation.

Ojani's production partner, Ed Meyer, said in a statement: "The 2007 injunction prevents Noa from licensing, disseminating, distribution… any book manuscript or other written materials which contain private or intimate details about Lopez or Noa's relationship with Lopez." "But this is a 100 percent parody, and, as such, is not impacted by the injunction.” Noa already has a directors and producers in place and is set to start casting for the film very soon.
